Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact us at boldtrunkshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at boldtrunkshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
