Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

BoldTrunks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at boldtrunkshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BoldTrunks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
